With reference to “Former councillor questions selection process,” I fully agree with Datuk Mazlan Hassan. Are the leaders who decide on the candidates, trying to say that there are no capable people in Selayang? Or is it that they do not trust the people of Selayang?

In reference to the new low-income apartments, it appears the City Council needs to review its figures as to the cost. These people would be renting a $274,000 apartment if the project is not more than $20 million. That is more than the average taxpayer’s home.
